Marine Science Series: Rocky Shores
Presenter: Jason Morton, Marine Scientist from Avondale University College
Rocky shores are familiar to most people living on the coast. Learn about the creatures on rocky shores, how to find them, how to identify them, how they survive, what they feed on etc. A must for beachcombers, snorkelers, intertidal explorers and anyone with an interest in learning about the marine environment.
Feel free to come with questions and photographs of things you have found on rocky shores or the beach which you would like identified.
When: 7pm January 24, 2020
Where: Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre, Terrigal Drive, Terrigal
Cost: $10 per person, $5 students/CCMDC volunteers (includes refreshments)
